With 15 years at JPMorgan Chase, he built an exceptional HR team providing comprehensive employee services and talent development programs, including recruitment, training, and employee benefits management. Michael successfully drove several key HR initiatives and played a crucial role in the launch of the company's Global Talent Management System.
