He integrates extensive legal and compliance resources, having worked at JPMorgan Chase for 22 years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer. In his most recent position, he led a team of top lawyers and compliance experts, providing comprehensive legal support and compliance services, including global regulatory compliance, risk management strategies, and internal audit processes. He successfully guided the company's legal and compliance operations in global markets and played a key role in the launch of the company's Global Compliance Management System, which offers comprehensive compliance solutions to enterprises. He currently serves as a co-founder of CCAT Partnership Capitaland a senior advisory board member for several market partners.
